Sea Spray Cottage #3

Cottage Chic with somethings new, somethings old & lots in between. We allow dogs, there is a charge -- $125. Limiting it to 2 pups. WE DO NOT PROVIDE SHEETS OR TOWELS. Sunday to Sunday in the Summer! BUT WE WILL CONSIDER A PART-WEEK. THE RESERVATION MUST START OR END ON A SUNDAY. The part-week summer pricing mirrors #5. Please INQUIRE if interested Totally cozy and a great spot for small groups, families and pets. There is a gate on the front porch to keep them in and the backyard is fenced. This cottage has 2 bedrooms to the left, bath straight ahead and living area on the right as you walk in. The kitchen is off to the right, followed by the breakfastnook and back porch is off. That leads to the yard, outdoor shower and rose-garden patio. The entire cottage is available for your use. If I am in town, you will probably see my wife and I working on the grounds making sure all is in order. We are located in Nags Head proper, near lots of shopping and eating venues. Some within walking distance. Car, bike (not provided), walking and Uber PLEASE NOTE: essential are not provided. Unlike most AirBnb's this is a beach cottage, which does not really perfictly fit with a typical AirBnB space. Basically, its bring your own . . . towels, sheets, paper goods, etc. We do try to start you out with a roll of TP and paper towels and if you are not the first rental of the year, there will probably be coffee filters and salt and peper, but you cannot count on it. Just don't want you to have any suprises. Sea Spray Cottages were built in 1950. There are 5 cottage in total, each cottage is similar to the others, but unique in its own way. This is the 12th season that my wife and I have been operating the SEA SPRAY COTTAGES OBX for vacations rentals. We run a mom and pop operation, an experience from a day gone-bye but thoroughly enjoyed by our guests.
