Sea Spray Cottage #2

Sea Spray Cottage #2 is 1 of 5 1950's cottages on the beach rd in Nags Head. 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6). Living room opens to dining room & kitchen beyond. 1 BR is off of the kitchen and 2 others are adjacent to the living area, separated by the bathroom. There is a sm fenced in yard, backporch with a table, and an outdoor shower. Sunday to Sunday in the Summer! BUT WE WILL CONSIDER A PART-WEEK. THE RESERVATION MUST START OR END ON A SUNDAY. The part-week summer pricing mirrors #1. Please INQUIRE!!!

We LOVE dogs at Sea Spray, they are always welcome. We do have a $125 pet fee; limited to 2 pups total.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE SHEETS OR TOWELS. You will have to bring your own, or rent from a local rental company or from our cleaner, Erica, at cleanworkcottages.

Not many historic small spaced cottages are left on the outer banks that don't require folks to vacation with a crowd. Althought Cottage #2 has 3 bedrooms, many families rent the space as it is the perfect size to allow folks to vacation with just immediate family. Many couples also love the cottage as none of our cottages are huge. The front porch is an excellant spot to relax and watch the world go by while sipping the beverage of your choice and catching up on your reading.

There is a washer and dryer in the barn and grill both to share.

Chances are you will see my wife and/or I on your stay (especially in the summer) as we are on the grounds primping all the time. We also assist our cleaner on big change overdays to ensure that each guests' stay is special

We are in a great part of Nags Head. Right on the beach road and accessible to many local resturants and shops, even by foot. But Sea Spray is its own little enclave, off to its self and removed from the hussle and bussle

PLEASE NOTE: essential are not provided. Unlike most AirBnb's this is a beach cottage, which does not really perfictly fit with a typical AirBnB space. Basically, its bring your own . . . towels, sheets, paper goods, etc. We do try to start you out with a roll of TP and paper towels and if you are not the first rental of the year, there will probably be coffee filters and salt and peper, but you cannot count on it. Just don't want you to have any suprises.

Sea Spray Cottages were built in 1950. There are 5 cottage in total, each cottage is similar to the others, but unique in its own way.

This is the 12th season that my wife and I have been operating the SEA SPRAY COTTAGES OBX for vacations rentals. We run a mom and pop operation, an experience from a day gone-bye but thoroughly enjoyed by our guests.
